You can cancel your cloud renewal at anytime during the month whilst your subscription is active, to initiate cancellation simply cancel the PayPal billing agreement that was setup initially.
Your private cloud will continue to be active up until the next renewal date, after which your account will be terminated removing all data from our servers. Note: this process is non-recoverable.
